EXCELLENCE
TOGETHER
WUBOOMTU™ is an operating system for Afrikan organizations, being built on the WUBOOMTU 2.0 codes: Ubuntu’s “I am because we are,” made to run a modern enterprise.
Ubuntu runs on machines.
WUBOOMTU runs on organisms.
We thrive because each excels, wisdom is verified, abundance is built, and execution is unified.
I am because we are.
An Afrikan idea of shared humanity: a person becomes a person through other people.
Ubuntu, the operating system.
Named after that idea, it runs computers all over the world, open and dependable.
Not a Linux distribution. Not an app.
WUBOOMTU is a way of running an organization. It keeps the strength an Afrikan community already has, and adds individual ownership, direct truth and verified results.
It will run on your Ubuntu machine. What it runs is the organization.
Consult widely, decide quickly, execute collectively.
Inclusive input + decisive actionIndividual performance, with collective support.
Personal ownership + communal supportDirect truth, with relational care.
Honest + kindElders speak first, but outcomes speak louder.
Wisdom verified, not assumedBuild surplus first, then share from abundance.
Accumulate to amplifyHonor tradition, test new methods.
Roots + wingsI am because we are, and I am because I am.
The OS is being built through our own behaviour.
WUBOOMTU is not waiting for a launch day to begin. WAYOBE runs the beta now: the codes are practised in its day-to-day operations, and every decision, handover and result is how the system gets built.
WAYOBE is the first island of WUBOOMTU operation. Outside organizations join next, through the first cohort. The case for the codes will be made by demonstration.
Deploy WUBOOMTU in your organization.
WUBOOMTU runs today inside WAYOBE. The first cohort is a small group of Afrikan organizations that will put the codes into daily practice alongside us, and help shape the system as it is built.
- A sponsor at the top. A founder or leader who owns the decision to run WUBOOMTU.
- Daily practice. The team works by the codes in real decisions, handovers and results.
- Honest reporting. What works, what doesn’t, and what needs to change.
